Before you purchase your tickets to Christmas by Candlelight 2025, please read the following carefully:

All visitors must purchase tickets and choose a date and time block during which you would like to arrive. The following arrival blocks are available:

• 2:00 – 8:00 pm

• 3:00 – 8:00 pm

• 4:00 – 8:00 pm 

• 5:00 – 8:00 pm

Please plan to arrive within an hour of the start time listed on your ticket. Once you have been checked in you are welcome to stay until the property closes at 8:00 pm. 

Other Important Information:

Old Sturbridge Village is open rain or shine 2:00 - 8:00 pm. We rarely close due to inclement weather and tickets are nonrefundable. If you choose not to come to the program and the program goes on, there are absolutely no refunds. If we do close due to inclement weather we will make an announcement on our website and ticketholders will receive an email notification. Dress warmly and comfortably as this program is largely outdoors. 

Please note there is a $3.00 rescheduling fee per ticket. We encourage you to carefully select your dates. Rescheduling is based on availability. If Old Sturbridge Village cancels a program for any reason the rescheduling fee will not apply and we will communicate with all ticket purchasers via email.
