Before you make your Great Scout Camp Out Reservation, please note:

• You may sign up as an individual or as a group. All participants will have to fill out a roster.
• Participants will enjoy a barbecue dinner in the evening and a hot breakfast in the morning.
• Two-day admission to the Village is included in the overnight fee for the day of the event and the following day.
• Participants are responsible for bringing their own tents and bedding. 
• Cancellation policy: A full refund will be granted if: Old Sturbridge Village cancels this event due to severe weather or if the participant cancels 30 days prior to the program. Otherwise, this program is non-refundable.
