Sensory Morning at the Village: Ages 3-15
Join us for a quiet morning in the Herb Garden at Old Sturbridge Village.
During this sensory friendly program, young visitors are invited to engage with the Museum’s herb garden, talk to OSV staff about bees, and do a guided, hands-on nature craft.
Quiet mornings are a dedicated period before the museum is open to the public, for visitors to experience an area of the site through intentionally reduced sensory stimuli and specific accessibility accommodations. During this time, there are less crowds, reduced noise, and safe spaces for visitors to engage with the outdoor museum, interpreters, and history.
