Garden Thyme: Pies of the 19th Century

Pies staple dish of the 1800s that is so much more than desert! Learn about the different fruits, vegetables and herbs people would grew that would all be used in pies. There will even be some 19th-century “receipts” for you to take home and try!

Please make sure to arrive a few minutes before the program starts in order to check in at the Visitor Center and walk to the program location.
