Thank you for your interest in Old Sturbridge Village’s new Candlelight Club! Enjoy the magic of the Christmas by Candlelight season any time and as many times as you would like in 2025.

Please note the following important information before completing your transaction:

Each Candlelight Club pass is for one individual. Candlelight Club passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Even though the date your confirmation email will read is “November 28”, the individual pass is valid for all 2025 dates of Christmas by Candlelight. This means the individual pass holder may visit the Village for Christmas by Candlelight any night of the 2025 program without reserving their individual ticket. The dates of Christmas by Candlelight are November 28, 29, 30 and December 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, and 30, 2025.

In order to complete the registration process properly, our system requires registrants to provide the first and last name of each Candlelight Club pass holder. Each pass holder can expect to receive a physical pass by beginning of November 2025.

Upon completion of your transaction, you will receive an emailed confirmation via a receipt.  

Adult Candlelight Club pass holders must check-in at the Visitor Center and show a photo ID along with their Candlelight Club pass (which will be mailed) upon arrival at Christmas by Candlelight.
