Lunch will be from 12:45 to 2:00 pm. You can choose to purchase a lunch for an additional $15 when you register or bring your own. All sandwiches include bag of potato chips, whole fruit, OSV cookie and bottled soda or Water. Sandwich options are as follows:

• Roast Turkey, Swiss Cheese, Smoked Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato & Honey Mustard on Ciabatta
• Roast Beef, Bleu Cheese, Watercress & Dijon Mustard on Multi Grain Bread
• Fresh Mozzarella with Tomato, Basil & Olive Oil on Ciabatta

The Garden Symposium takes place in the Fuller Conference Center at Old Sturbridge Village.
