2018 Trip to New York and the Winter Antiques Show CANCELLED

- Rates are $1,500 per person for single occupancy and $1,125 per person for double occupancy.
- A deposit of $750 per person is required by December 20, 2017 to confirm your reservation. Reservations and deposits are taken on an as-received basis. You will receive a confirmation from Old Sturbridge Village.
- Final Payment will be due by January 1, 2018.
- The schedule outlined in this itinerary is contracted for at this time but subject to change as necessary.
- The trip is limited to a maximum of 20 members and requires a minimum of 12. The trip will be canceled if under-subscribed, and deposits will be refunded. We will organize and maintain a waiting list based on the time registrations are received. By registering, you are certifying that you do not have any mental, physical, or other condition of disability that would create a hazard for yourself or other passengers. The Village reserves the right to decline anyone as a participant in this trip should the person’s health, actions, or general deportment impede the operation of the the trip; the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of others; or the standing of Old Sturbridge Village.
- Included in Trip Cost: Hotel accommodations in 5-star hotels, 2 dinners, private coach transportation, local guides, admission in museums, historic houses, and gardens, gratuities for professional guides and coach drivers, and porterage.
Not Included in the Trip Cost: Transportation, meals, and admissions other than specified above, alcoholic beverages other than when provided, personal expenses, and trip insurance are not included.
- Cancellation and Refund: If you must cancel your reservation, you are urged to do so as soon as possible in writing to Old Sturbridge Village. All cancellations are subject to a $150 administrative fee. Deposits are non-refundable after December 20, 2017. Cancellations arriving by January 1, 2018, will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after January 10, 2018. THE VILLAGE STRONGLY ENCOURAGES ALL PARTICIPANTS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT AGAINST CANCELLATIONS DUE TO ILLNESS AND INJURY.
- WAIVER: I/We, the undersigned, do hereby release Old Sturbridge Village from any and all liability in connection with the trip New York City and the Winter Antiques Show for any loss, delay, injury, or damage to or in respect to any person or property however the cause for arising. It is understood that Old Sturbridge Village has acted as agent for the undersigned in providing means of transportation or other services and Old Sturbridge Village is not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time I am/we are on this trip. This evidences the undersigned’s understanding that Old Sturbridge Village has not now, nor will have in the future, any liability to the undersigned due to any consequences arising out of said trip or in connection with said trip.
- Acceptance of Terms and Waiver is confirmed through purchase of tickets.
